WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Please allow up to a week for your order to be shipped! I make, pack and ship as a one-woman unit and live remotely, so each trip to the post office is an endeavor! Australia's postal service is also notoriously slow with international orders, particularly to Europe. Post to Ireland still not available.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
Australia is very far away from everywhere else, so until I am able to stock my work in other parts of the world, your little package has to hike its way around the globe to reach you. All packages are trackable with Auspost, and they set their own rates. Sorry!

MY ORDER WENT MISSING/I INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure you input the correct/reliable address or use the address of a friend/family member. Returned packages will need to be resent at your expense, please be aware of this!
If the package vanishes entirely please contact me via email, I will do my best to get you your items! Many of my artworks/clothing pieces are limited or one of a kind, so it is possible I may not be able to give you exactly what you ordered.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING SECOND HAND CLOTHES?
The most sustainable way to buy clothes is to thrift them! No matter how ethical or sustainable a clothing company is, creating a brand new item is always going to use resources and create waste. It's still wonderful to choose ethical/sustainable made over fast fashion of course!
I source pieces from thrift shops in my area (the Sunshine Coast, Australia) and only choose 100% cotton for their quality and durability. A lot of them still have their original tags, and have never been worn before being donated.
They are inspected, laundered (using eco-friendly laundry detergent) printed, packed in compostable mailers, and shipped to you.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
I am currently running this shop myself so unfortunately I don't have the resources to offer this service.

Of course you can! I'm so happy that you want my work on your skin. I have a 'ink ticket' available in my shop so that you can use my work and support me making more! send me pics!
